All digital items are virtual and non-refundable. They will remain the sole property and ownership of Blizzard Entertainment, the parent company of Battle.Net. We assume no responsibility for any lost or altered items after the items are delivered. You are merely providing payment to ("diablo2cdkeys.com") for the information contained in the email we send out when an order is completed. By using our website you are agreeing not to hold us legally liable for any damage, whether financial or personal, or seek legal action against our site for any and all services provided herein.

Fraud:

Diablo2CDKeys takes fraud very seriously. We provide services of virtual items ("intangable") that do not exist. We reserve the right to inquire about additional information to verify your identity, information such as, but not limited to, having you use a non-free email, submit payment with a Confirmed shipping address, or even call you, regardless of the time, to speak to the account holder on the bank/credit card for verification. In rare cases we reserve the right to fedex/ups overnight your order t o you; this option is only done if you refuse to use another verification method and if this is the case you may be subject to a fee as small as $0, but no greater than cost of shipping.

Diablo2CDKeys also keeps a detailed fraud database with information such as: date chargeback/reversal happened, which website they hit, card holder first and last name, confirmed shipping address, confirmed phone number, post(zip) code, every IP and hostname used to access our site from the original time of visi t, and the emails on file for your account. This data is shared among other top Diablo 2 stores in a common goal of preventing as much fraud as possible, as fast as possible. We are currently working on an XML based system that allows anyone to stream, in real time, any and all of the data contained in our database. By committing fraud, which is a class C felony in most states, and illegal in most countries, you hereby give up your right to Privacy and cannot hold us liable for any action taken, whether le gal or harmless, with the information streamed to other shops or any other entity who uses our vast database.

Refunds:

Our site stands by it's NO REFUND policy; however, we understand under certain circumstances they may be required (due to our own faults, or yours). This does not mean we will refund you for your own simplistic mistakes such as ordering for the wrong realm, ordering too many quantities of an item, or even ordering the wrong item. Most common requests for refunds will always fall under the "NO REFUND" policy, so please, use the series of steps we have in place to aid you in figuring out which realms/item s you're buying and the quantites. After all, it does take a bit of effort to actually get to the part where we take your payment so always double, even triple, check the cart contents we print out and realm informations displayed throughout our site.
